Разборка:
1) В начале снимите сам агрегат с автомобиля и не забудьте подготовить место где вы будете работать,
различного рода грязи и особенно воды по близости быть не должно, вить если она попадет на контакты
то просто в негодность их после этого приведёт, более подробно процесс снятия распределителя вы сможете

Разобрать и собрать трамблер

2) Теперь когда распределитель у вас снят, отсоедините с него верхнюю крышку для этого два боковых
фиксатора которые её крепят подцепите (Проще всего отвёрткой их подцапать, руками они не всегда отсоединяются),
после того как она отсоединена, посмотрите на контакты (Их всего четыре, для наглядности некоторые стрелками на
маленьком фото указаны) на них не должно быть окисления и они должны быть яркого цвета, и кстати ещё центральный
стержень проверьте, нажмите на него пару раз он не в коем случае не должен быть сломан и ходить должен мягко без каких либо заедания,
он синей стрелкой на маленьком фото указан.

Регулировка опережения зажигания
Кроме того на самой крышки трещин быть никаких не должно и она должны быть цела, то есть не иметь никаких углублений и вмятин,
кроме этого для наглядности чуть ниже показана крышка от совсем другого автомобиля, но суть не в этом, посмотрите на её контакты,
данные контакты окислены чтобы вы уже могли понять как это выглядит, их можно надфилем зачистить до блеска (Минут 10-15 работы)
и она у вас начнёт опять работать, или можно просто на новую заменить если контакты уже не очищаются!
